Chizay Carpathian Sekt x1

An excellent sparkling wine from the Western part of the country. The wine is made from the Chersegi grape using the Charmat method. Chersegi lends the sparkling wine rich floral shades and aromas. The wine has a bright taste with a pleasant lightness and refreshing acidity.

Grape: Chersegi. Alcohol content: 11,5%.

Beykush Artania White x1

Artania is a wine from different varieties that is blended into one cuvée to show the style of the winery and the characteristics of the area where the grapes grow. The wine itself is light, yet with a strong character. Aromas of fragrant apples and flowers can be found, while in the taste you will find notes of honeydew melon and other tropical fruit. The aftertaste has a pleasant character with almond notes.

Grapes: Chardonnay, Chenin Blanc, Rkatsiteli, Riesling. Alcohol content: 13,5%. Vintage: 2022.

Beykush Yafe Nagar x1

A Black Sea blend of Chardonnay and Riesling. Yafe Nagar (Beautiful River in Hebrew) is a tribute wine to the Black Sea region Jewish winemakers. The wines were fermented separately, assembly and subsequent aging was carried out in oak barrels without temperature control. Wine aged in French oak for 18 months.

The wine is lively, juicy and tastes like apple in honey. The wine has the aroma of a bouquet of flowers. Chardonnay makes the wine creamy and Riesling spicy, but a mix of the two varieties creates a refreshing and truly extraordinary wine. In 2022, Decanter awarded the wine a silver medal naming it the second best wine to come out of Ukraine.

Grapes: Chardonnay, Riesling. Alcohol content: 13,5%. Vintage: 2020.

Pink Square Rosé x1

Perhaps the best rosé in Ukraine. A easy drinking rosé, aged in stainless steel. The wine has a bright crimson colour. The wine’s aroma has notes of strawberries, barberries, duchesse and cherries. Wine has good acidity and gentle tannins with pleasant freshness in aftertaste.

Grape: Jupiter. Alcohol content: 11%. Vintage: 2021.

Beykush Pinotage x1

Dry red wine from the Black Sea region. Astonishing wine made of South African variety of Pinotage. Beykush is the only winery in Ukraine that makes wine from Pinotage. The wine has beautiful deep red colour. In the nose, a pleasant ripe red berries aroma with light spices. A very delicate Pinotage from the Black Sea shores.

Grape: Pinotage. Alcohol content: 13,5%. Vintage: 2021.

Stakhovsky Cabernet Sauvignon ACE x1

Stakhovsky Cabernet Sauvignon ACE has been aged 18 months in French oak. The winemaker lived in Bordeaux for many years and has tried to bring the elegance of French wines into his own vineyard.

The wine is an excellent aged round wine with an aroma of blackcurrants and ripe cherries. The wine has a nicely rounded taste with blackcurrant and spicy notes. Only 20 000 bottles were made from the 2019 harvest.

Grape: Cabernet Sauvignon. Alcohol content: 13,5%. Vintage: 2019.

Mykolaiv region:
Mykolaiv wine region has vineyards of 15 thousand ha. It belongs to the wider Black Sea Wine region which is made up of Odessa, Kherson and Mykolaiv itself. The climate in the region is warm in the summer and mild in the winter. Warm and moderately humid autumn enables the normal development and ripeness of grapes and dry periods before harvesting allow to obtain high-quality grapes.

Ternopil region:
Ternopil region is located in the Wester part of Ukraine and is famous for its castles, caves, nature, but not winemaking. At least until recently. Father’s Wine brought Ternopil region to the wine map. The terroir has favourable conditions for the maturation of white varieties with perfect acidity and is also very promising for red wines.

Zakarpattia region:
Zakarpattia region has a mild sun light which is wonderfully combined with optimal rainfall amount, and Carpathian Mountain landscape covers the vineyards from northern winds. Soil, full of minerals and micronutrient elements adds a unique taste to the grapes, and wine gains a very special nature.
