Father’s Wine is a craft winery that was founded in 2010. It combines professionalism and an innovative approach to the wines. Winery has 4 hectares of their own vineyards with vines of 40 different varieties. Father’s Wine produces wine in very limited batches. The winery was named after the founder, Volodymyr Buyachko, who passed away in 2018 — his wife, daughter Oksana, and son Taras decided to continue Dad’s endeavours, turning a hobby into a life’s work.
Ternopil region is located in the Wester part of Ukraine and is famous for its castles, caves, nature, but not winemaking. At least until recently. Father’s Wine brought Ternopil region to the wine map. The terroir has favourable conditions for the maturation of white varieties with perfect acidity and is also very promising for red wines.
