Winemaker’s notes:
\n<\/b>Charmat Lungo technology, as well as the classic method of champagne in a bottle, involves natural secondary fermentation. Secondary fermentation is carried out in 14-18 days. Special elegance to the sparkling wines is provided by an additional endurance of up to 6 months on thin yeast sediment (Sur Lie method). For the sake of creating an exceptional quality product, the number of grapes on each vine is reduced to 2-3 kg. The harvest is delivered to production in only 15 minutes.<\/p>\n

Characteristics:
\n<\/b>The wine has a elegant aroma of citrus and peach. The taste is fresh, with expressive acidity. The aftertaste is long, rounded and balanced.<\/p>\n

Food pairing:<\/b>
\nExcellent aperitif. Goes well with a host of dishes, including caviar, seafood including oysters. Also great with fruit based deserts and cheese. Serving temperature: 6-8\u00b0C.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Shabo winery<\/strong>
\nThe wine-making settlement of Shabo was founded by Swiss emigrants already in 1822, although wine has been made in the area for more than 2000 years. In over 200 years the company has grown into one of Ukraine’s largest quality wine producers, winning more than 500 awards internationally and in Ukraine, including gold medals from Decanter.<\/p>\n
