Characteristics:
\n<\/b>A flagship wine form the biodynamic Biologist wibery. A blend of red varieties Pinot Noir, Merlot and Cabnertnet Sauvignon. It is an intense, full-bodied wine with complex aromas of prunes, currants, cherries and leather.<\/p>\n

Biologist is a small winery that was launched in 2019. The winery and some vineyards are located in Kyiv at the Lisnyky district, but the majority of grapes are grown in winery\u2019s fields in the Odesa region. Biologist is a biodynamic winery, no artificial chemicals such as herbicides or pesticides are used, but plant and mineral substances. For that reason only healthy berries are used in winemaking. Most of the wines are unfiltered and only wild yeasts are used.<\/p>\n
