Characteristics:
\n<\/b>Grapes were grown in sunny Odesa region and delivered to the winery in Kyiv. Manual harvesting and then fermentation in 225L oak barrels, wine has aged 4 months in new oak barrels. The wine has delicate aromas of herbs, pear with the touch of oaky vanilla. Aftertaste is fresh and mineral with toast notes. This unfiltered aligot\u00e9 is a biodynamic wine.<\/p>\n

\nExcellent with grilled fish and poultry. Serving temperature: 9-11\u00b0C\/48-52F.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Biologist is a small winery that was launched in 2019. The winery and some vineyards are located in Kyiv at the Lisnyky district, but the majority of grapes are grown in winery\u2019s fields in the Odesa region. Biologist is a biodynamic winery, no artificial chemicals such as herbicides or pesticides are used, but plant and mineral substances. For that reason only healthy berries are used in winemaking. Most of the wines are unfiltered and only wild yeasts are used.<\/p>\n
