Winemaker’s notes:
Grapes were picked by hand and chilled down to 15C. Delicate pressing, fermentation took place in stainless steel vats at a low temperature for 14 days. Only 1200 bottles of this wine are made each year.
Characteristics:
The wine has a light pink colour, accompanied by aromas of fresh strawberries, raspberries and blackberries. On the pallet, the wine is fresh with a harmonious aftertaste.
Food pairing:
Pairs well with fish, chicken or as an aperitif. Serving temperature: 10-12°C/50-52F.

Odesa region:
The Odesa region is one of the cradles of wine making in Ukraine. Located in the south of the country, on the shores of the Black Sea, it has favourable condition for growing grapes in almost every part of the region. Along with well-known international grape varieties such as Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, the region can boast also local grapes such as Telti-Kuruk, Sukholymanskyi white, Citron Magarach (Citronny Magaracha) and Odesa Black.
